Clean property with location close to the center. Nice welcome from host. Particularly good, magnificent setting right by boats to the isalnds and the old town which was 15-20min away by foot. Easy to get to Cafe Night bar Modena, located within 5 minutes on foot...

Particularly good and marvellous location, the area in general was peaceful close enough to the port and the city, a quiet area and the new harbour. We greatly enjoyed the host.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and available at all times. The location was perfect, situated between the port and the old town, making it easily accessible by foot. The staff, especially Igor, our host, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing us with great recommendations and even offering to help with printing our tickets and giving us a lift to the port. We couldn't have asked for a better host.
